Christina Marie Ramos is a College Access Counselor who helps her students in her community navigate the college application process. She’s a natural advocate for workplace boundaries and makes sure that company culture doesn’t get in the way of her doing her job to the best of her abilities. Christina has a background in both Education and Marketing and uses both to uplift her community. 

In this week’s episode, Christina shares her experience navigating the education space. While she isn’t trying to start a movement, she is always the first person to advocate for herself and her colleagues. She found that the dress code limited her to uncomfortable clothing and made it difficult to do everything a teacher has to handle. So she started incorporating sneakers and more casual clothing into her workwear. This caught the attention of her students who loved her new outfits and her male colleagues who were inspired to start a tie boycott.
