How to Stop Negative Thought Loops and Overthinking

Your brain is lying to you. And it’s not your fault.

Most people don’t realize this, but…
--> 80% of your thoughts are negative, and
--> 95% of your thoughts are repetitive

So it’s not just that you have negative thoughts...it’s that you’re stuck replaying the same ones over and over again. That’s why it feels so real. That’s why it feels like the truth, but it’s not. It’s just a loop.

Take something simple: “What’s the point of sending this email? No one’s going to respond.” Sounds logical, right? But look closer.

You’re predicting the future and acting like you have some kind of superpower that lets you know how it’s going to play out.
You don’t, though. Because if you did, you’d be playing the lottery every day and winning. Instead, your brain defaults to the worst-case scenario and presents it as fact.

That’s the lie. And the dangerous part is that you start making decisions based on it.
--> You don’t send the email.
--> You don’t apply.
--> You don’t reach out.

If you’re going to predict the future anyway…at least make it a positive one.
Or better yet...question the thought before you believe it.

That’s why we created Plurawl. Not to tell you what to think, but to help you see your thoughts clearly.
--> To catch the patterns.
--> To challenge the assumptions.
--> To break the loop.

Once you realize your brain isn’t always telling the truth…you stop letting it run your life.

Plurawl. The w is silent, but you don't have to be. Download today to start learning about your limiting beliefs.
