    Pabel Martinez is the founder and CEO of Plurawl, an AI-powered self-discovery coach that helps people overcome psychological barriers and limiting beliefs. With extensive experience in technology, Pabel specializes in employee well-being and personal/ professional growth. Previously, he worked in Marketing & Tech innovation, leading Global Sales initiatives at Meta and TikTok. Pabel's work, including his viral podcast ¿Quién Tú Eres?, has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, AdAge, Business Insider, Vox, and other notable publications.

  • Noah Nega (Lead Developer)

    Noah Nega brings unparalleled technical expertise, having worked at Google and completed product development work for NASA, Uber, Folby, and Nvidia. He also launched his own Software Development agency, where he has helped startups launch dozens of apps.

  • Anthony McBride (Product Designer)

    Anthony McBride brings a dynamic blend of creativity and strategic thinking to the Plurawl team, with a proven track record of leading projects from conception to completion across various industries. He has been instrumental in helping startups, including securing a multi-million-dollar pre-seed round for a Web3 company. As a product designer, Anthony is passionate about creating user-centric digital experiences that blend aesthetics and functionality. At Plurawl, his work shapes the platform’s user experience, driving innovation and supporting the mission of empowering minority professionals.

  • Jennifer Ocampo (Lead Clinical Advisor)

    Jennifer Ocampo, MSW, LCSW, is the lead clinical advisor at Plurawl and a licensed clinical social worker who champions Diversity, Equity, Accessibility, and Inclusion (DEAI). As a proud daughter of Colombian immigrants, Jenn brings deep understanding and curiosity about the diverse experiences of individuals and teams. She recently transitioned into the digital health space, joining a startup focused on optimizing sleep for peak performance. Outside of work, Jenn enjoys the outdoors, documentaries, her book club, and her cat, Draco.

  • Dr. Jasmin Acevedo (Clinical Advisor)

    Dr. Jasmin Acevedo, DSW, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker, educator, and mental health advocate.” Currently, Dr. Acevedo works at her part-time private practice and various digital health startups implementing clinical interventions and enhancing digital behavioral health services. In addition to her clinical work, she has contributed to several academic publications and presented at national conferences, where she advocates for culturally responsive care, particularly for BIPOC communities.

  • Giselle Mota (Product Inclusion Advisor)

    Giselle Mota is the Founder of Versd, where she provides her 15+ years of experience in consulting and fractional support for organizations (Fortune 500 to startups) designing digital products (platforms, AI/GenAI, apps, software), product strategies, and services resulting in increased market reach, sales, competitive advantage, brand perception, risk mitigation, and inclusion. One such project being her own, called NFTY Collective, which focuses on disability inclusion in spatial computing.

    Giselle has assisted organizations like ADP, NASA, PwC, and MIT on inclusion and emerging technology efforts. She is a global speaker and has been featured on media outlets such as TED, Forbes, NASDAQ, Yahoo News, Vogue, events such as SHRM, HR Tech, PluralSight Live, and guest lectured at universities such as MIT, Purdue, AI School Paris, University of Washington, among others. She has served on boards and advisory groups including United Nations, UNESCO, AI4, ML Commons, ISSIP, Josh Bersin Academy, among others.

  • Angel Rosario (Clinical Advisor)

    Angel Rosario Jr. is a native New Yorker from Harlem/Washington Heights who explores his intersectional identities as a gay, Afro-Dominican, cis-gender doctor who is completing his training as a General Surgeon.

    He is a first-gen college graduate of the University at Buffalo, received his Master in Public Health degree from Harvard University as a Zuckerman Fellow, and obtained his Medical Degree from the University of California San Francisco, where he focused on caring for Urban Underserved communities, receiving the 2020 Gold-Headed Cane award honoring the graduate student who exemplifies the qualities of a ‘true physician’.

  • Stephanie Venegas (Graphic Designer)

    Stephanie Venegas is a multi-disciplinary creative born and raised in Uptown, NYC. Her experience as a brand designer and photographer within the last decade led her to start her own creative studio - Natives. Under the Natives umbrella, she has been able to work with clients such as NYC Parks, Nike, Adidas, Hennessy, KrinkNYC, American Giant, and Chromat to name a few. Stephanie also currently serves as the Creative Director for MRFU, a streetwear/lifestyle brand located in Uptown, NYC.
